Job Summary: Blackstone Security Services is seeking a dynamic and driven Business Development Manager to join our team. In this hybrid remote role, you will be responsible for identifying and cultivating new business opportunities, fostering strong client relationships, and collaborating with internal teams to deliver tailored security solutions. Your work will be instrumental in driving the company’s growth and expanding our market presence.
This role offers a competitive base salary plus commission, allowing you to benefit from the company’s success and your individual contributions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation & Prospecting: Proactively identify and generate leads through cold calling, networking, and other strategies.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients to ensure satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
- Proposal Development: Create and present compelling proposals that address client needs and align with Blackstone's service offerings.
- Pricing Coordination: Work closely with operations to develop accurate pricing models that meet client budgets and service requirements.
- CRM Management: Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions within our CRM system.
- Sales Targets: Meet and exceed revenue targets, contributing to the overall growth of the company.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the operations and corporate leadership teams to ensure smooth onboarding and high-quality service delivery to clients.
Qualifications:
- Proven track record in business-to-business (B2B) outbound sales, with experience in identifying leads, developing client relationships, and closing deals.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build long-lasting relationships with clients and internal teams.
- Familiarity with CRM systems for tracking sales progress and client management.
- Highly motivated, with a passion for driving business growth and achieving sales targets.
