As a founding member of the National Coalition of Diverse Charter Schools, BVP offers a high-quality school choice to the families of Central Falls, Cumberland, Lincoln, and Pawtucket. Apart from academics, we believe that preparing scholars for the world beyond also means experiencing the diversity of the world we live in today. - Competitive salary range of $59,000 - $66,000 commensurate with experience and qualifications and comprehensive medical and dental plan

- School-aged children of BVP employees receive preference in enrollment (restrictions apply)
Responsibilities
- Provide tier-1 helpdesk and technical support to staff/students on hardware, software, and network-related issues
- Perform basic troubleshooting on Windows & Mac computers, Chromebooks, iPads & iPhones, printers, WiFi networks, AV equipment, etc.
- Assist in managing user accounts and permissions across platforms including: Google Admin, Aspen SIS, Mosyle, InTune, Securly, PaperCut
- Handle delegated system administration tasks like content moderation, account verification, report generation
- Receive on-the-job training on district technology platforms to build deeper expertise
- Ongoing opportunities for professional development in pursuing relevant IT certifications with tuition reimbursement
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, computer science, or related discipline; professional certification (e.g. Microsoft Certified Systems Administrator (MCSA)) is a plus
- 1-2 years professional IT experience supporting computers, mobile devices, networks etc.
- 3 years of professional systems administration and/or network administration experience
