Own and perform Receiving of items such as materials, components and subassemblies

Own and perform Receiving of items such as materials, components and subassemblies
- Own and perform Inspection of received items such as materials, components, and subassemblies.
- Own and perform Material Kitting operations for new Assembly builds.
- Perform First Article inspections upon request.
- Perform Device History Record reviews upon request
- Initiate non conformances as required and facilitate cross-functional material review board.
- Drive in-process and finished product inspection and testing – sterile, non-sterile, disposable, and durable products.
- Work with Manufacturing and Project Engineers to develop inspection and test methods along with related acceptance criteria.
- Maintain Equipment calibration and maintenance tracker and equipment records.
- Manage equipment calibration process and oversee equipment maintenance, including coordination with calibration suppliers.
- Assist in audit preparations.
- Participate in CAPAs to improve company practices.
- Adhere to good manufacturing and good documentation practices.
- Hands-on experience using measuring tools such as calipers, micrometers, pin gauges and tensile testers.
- Familiar with C=0 sampling.
- Proficient with Microsoft Excel.
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in mechanical inspection.
- Minimum of 2 years in medical device manufacture, preferred.
- High School Diploma or equivalent with training in the trade.
