We are a Minnesota based family-owned business with a location in Fridley and have an opening for an Inside Parts Sales Specialist. As an Inside Parts Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for receiving orders from customers by telephone or walk- in contact, outside sales, and other departments. An ideal candidate would have the following skillsets: sales experience, customer service skills, experience in Fluid Power, parts knowledge, excellent computer skills; CRM/ HubSpot/ Smartsheet knowledge (preferred).

SCHEDULE:

1st shift, Monday- Friday, 8am-5pm (approx. 40-50 hours per week.)

The essential duties include:

  • Greet walk-in and phone customers in a friendly professional manner providing customer service
  • Answer Phones Promptly
  • Assist with customer questions and make suggestions regarding additional or alternative products
  • Perform duties required to complete orders
  • Keep timely and accurate records of product movement and status of customer orders, knowledge with systems such as CRM /HubSpot/Smartsheet (a plus)
  • Play an active role in inventory management
  • Help to maintain inventory and customer display area (re-tape, organize, and clean as needed)
  • Provide support to outside sales team
  • Special Orders, sourcing and quoting part sales
  • Coordinate Product Delivery
  • Assist in Cycle Counts
  • Fill Orders
  • Shipping and Receiving (UPS/SpeeDee/LTL) as back up when needed
  • Determine Customer Needs
  • Maintain Catalogs Online and Paper
  • Pull and Invoice Parts
  • Build Hose Assemblies
  • Understand and Perform our Warranty Process
  • Help with Vendor Returns
  • Report Inaccurate Inventory
  • Review Inventory Reports
  • Back Up Warehouse and Drivers
  • Help maintain a clean parts department to meet our company standards.
  • Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements:
