We're hiring! Blakeman Plumbing & Heating is looking for a full-time project manager/estimator for it's septic/underground division.

Blakeman Plumbing & Heating, Inc. is a small business in Ashland, WI. Our goal is to create a company where our employees love to work, and our clients are excited to team with us. Customer satisfaction is prioritized, along with clear and effective communication throughout the company.

Our company is looking for a Project Manager for our Septic/Underground division. This position would also involve managing small-scale projects, such as equipment replacements or remodels during the off season. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing 2-4 field employees, while seeing the projects through, beginning to end. Communicating with customers, working together with the field employees, and collaborating with the other departments.

Duties:

- Review project plans, requirements, and specifications.

- Prepare cost estimates for labor, materials, equipment, and subcontractor work.

- Collaborate with owners to gather necessary information for estimates.

- Managing/taking ownership of the project throughout the entire process

- Ordering job-specific material.

- Jobsite visits.

- Develop project schedules and timelines based on estimated costs

- Project closeout – returns, job costing, final invoice review.

- Small scale design work for equipment replacements or remodels.

Requirements:

- Proven experience installing or designing septic systems or similar dirt work experience.

- Experience as a Project Manager or similar role in the construction industry is preferred.

- Proficiency in reading and interpreting construction documents

- Excellent organizational and management skills

- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment

This is a full-time position offering competitive compensation. Join our team of dedicated professionals and contribute to the success of exciting construction projects.

Pay: $64,000.00 - $82,000.00 per year depending on experience
