BLANCO COUNTY HOTEL MANAGER

BOUTIQUE HOTEL LOCATED IN BLANCO COUNTY, TEXAS

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Hotel Manager to lead our independent boutique hotel and bar in the stunning surroundings of Blanco County. If you have a passion for hospitality, possess exceptional leadership skills, and have previous experience managing a boutique hotel and bar, we invite you to join our team.
Responsibilities:

• Oversee all aspects of the hotel's operations, including the boutique hotel and bar, ensuring exceptional guest experiences.
• Lead and motivate a team of staff members, including front desk personnel, housekeeping, bartenders, and other departments as required.
• Maintain a strong focus on guest satisfaction by providing personalized service and addressing any concerns or issues promptly and effectively.
• Develop and execute strategies to enhance revenue, occupancy rates, and profitability, including promoting the hotel and bar to attract a diverse clientele.
• Manage budgets, monitor expenses, and implement cost-control measures while maintaining high-quality standards.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, safety protocols, and licensing requirements for the hotel and bar operations.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement promotional activities to increase awareness and drive business.
• Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork, professional growth, and exceptional service standards.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience as a Hotel Manager, preferably in an independent boutique hotel with a bar.
• Strong knowledge of hotel operations, including front desk, housekeeping, food and beverage, and guest services.
• Demonstrated success in driving revenue, improving guest satisfaction, and managing profitability.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team.

• Proven ability to develop and implement effective strategies to meet business goals and exceed customer expectations.
• Knowledge of bar operations, including beverage selection, mixology, and bar service.
• Familiarity with hotel management software and reservation systems.
• Flexibility to adapt to a dynamic work environment and willingness to take on additional responsibilities as needed.
• Willingness to relocate to Blanco County.

Pay: $65,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
