#LI-remote A DAY IN THE LIFE Responsible for leading a team of compensation professionals to attract and retain top talent. Plans, develops, and implements new and revised compensation programs, policies, and procedures to align with the company’s goals and competitive practices. Oversees complete job analysis, cost modeling, compensation program planning cycles, and provides guidance on compensation philosophies. Strategic partner in creating a total rewards program to position the company to be a leader within the industry. Ensures the philosophy design, review, implementation, and administration of compensation programs and policies are fair, consistent, equitable and competitive by complying with state and federal regulations. WHAT YOU’LL NEED A bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related discipline is required, or equivalent combinations of education and experience. 5 or more years of progressive business-related experience required, involving data analysis, financial modeling, program design, compensation program administration. Previous leadership experience required. WHAT WILL SET YOU APART Master’s degree in HR or related discipline preferred. Certified Compensation Professional also preferred.
