- Patrol buildings and grounds of job site.
- Examine doors, windows, and gates to determine that they are secure.
- Warn violators of rule infractions, such as loitering, smoking, or carrying forbidden articles, and apprehend or expel persons engaging in suspicious and/or criminal acts.
- Inspect equipment and machinery to ascertain if tampering has occurred.
- Possess a valid driver’s license and an acceptable motor vehicle driving record (MVR)
- Effectively present information both one-on-one and in small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees.
- Read, understand, and carry-out instructions and memos furnished in written, oral, or diagram form.
- Solve problems in standardized situations involving several concrete variables.
- Demonstrate effective time management skills; be at work consistently and on time.
- Be Dependable - Follow instructions, respond to management direction, and take responsibility for own actions.
