- Raise, place, and unite iron and other structural members to form completed structures or structural frameworks
- Assemble rigging to lift and move equipment or material on jobsite
- High School diploma or GED equivalent; or equivalent combinations of training and experience
- Ability and willingness to climb tall structures
- The ability to read and comprehend simple instructions and memos
- Ability to pass a pre-employment physical, drug and alcohol screen
- Willingness to travel and relocate to the job site (100% travel)
- Construction experience in the renewables industry
