- Support the overall business unit strategy by developing and delivering operational plans and outcomes for the assigned client group.
- Identify and manage stakeholders up to top management level, finding out their needs, issues, and concerns, and reacting to these by leading and coordinating the development of stakeholder engagement plans to support the communication of business information and decisions.
- Lead the delivery of a substantial business portfolio within the assigned client group, using an appropriate program and project management methodology to give assurance that intended outcomes are identified and achieved.
- Ensure that all projects are appropriately prioritized and resourced to deliver their immediate and long-term objectives and that these resources are utilized effectively.
- Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent Level. Master's Degree preferred.
- Experience of interpreting strategy and policy in order to set and deliver objectives within medium to long time frames (Over 10 years to 15 years).
- Experience level enables job holder to provide leadership to others regarding work related systems, processes and challenges (More than 15 years).
- Ability to communicate effectively, collaborate and be customer focused.
- Drives vision and purpose.
- Ability to have an adaptive mindset, strong negotiation skills, and strong project management skills.
