Overview : Blazer Jobs is currently seeking experienced Speech-Language Pathologists (SLP) for full-time roles within schools in the Framingham, MA area. The ideal candidates will meet all local and state requirements outlined below and demonstrate a passion for providing exceptional speech and language services to students.

Responsibilities :

• Conducting assessments and evaluations to determine students' speech and language needs.
• Developing and implementing individualized treatment plans to address speech and language goals.
• Providing direct therapy services to students individually or in small groups.
• Collaborating with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support students' speech and language development.
• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date documentation of student progress and services provided.

Requirements :

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
• Current licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist in Massachusetts.
• Certification from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA).
• Previous experience working with school-aged children preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
