We are searching for those who are ready to maintain relationships with schools and districts in hopes of getting them the assisted help they need for students to succeed. The Business Account Manager (BAM) is a liaison for our clients and recruiters. Those who have previous account management, client consulting, logistics, customer retention and sales experience tend to excel in this role.

This position is a territory based role that involves multiple communication streams including face-to-face interaction, some travel to client locations, to grow business within schools nationwide.

Primary purpose: “The Job”

• #1 To be the single point of contact for all assigned client’s needs
• #2 To preserve any current business with assigned client
• #3 To expand assigned clients by growing the number of candidates working and disciplines served

Guidelines

• Monthly statistical metrics for team members and team performance
• Customer service surveys to assigned clients and Account Executives on the floor
• Volume of Business goals are reviewed monthly

Required Education

• Bachelor’s Degree
• Recent Sales/ Account Manager Experience
