Join our Service Department that is poised for EXPLOSIVE GROWTH!

Must be able to work with multiple Technicians, Customers and work with the Parts Department. Must be able to greet customers with a smile and be able to translate customer-reported problems to actionable work orders for technicians to complete, offer additional services to the customer, as well as explain completed services to the customer. We are a family-oriented business looking for a team player.

Job Requirements:

• Works with customers and technicians to identify required maintenance.
• Advises customers on necessary and recommended services.
• Offers additional services and repairs to customers.
• Computes the cost of replacement parts and labor to restore the vehicle to the condition specified by the customer.
• Estimates the cost of mechanical, electrical, or other repairs.
• Enters itemized estimate on service order and explains estimate to the customer.
• Schedule appointments with customers.
• Meets dealership’s standards for repair and order production.
• Maintains CSI at or above Company standards
• Maintains an organized, clean, and safe work area
• Participates in required training
• Records all hours worked accurately in the company timekeeping system
• Follows Safeguards rules and regulations.
• Observes all Federal, State, Local, and Company safety rules and regulations in the performance of duties.
• Other duties as assigned

Must have prior experience as a Service Advisor
