JOB SUMMARY

The housekeeper partners with Infection Prevention and other areas in the hospital to maintain a sanitary and safe environment for patients and staff.

A housekeeper will utilize the appropriate cleaning products and processes to reduce spread of disease(s).

Responsibilities :

Cleaning assigned areas including but not limited to patient rooms, Operating Room, Emergency Department, clinical areas, public areas, office areas, etc.

Physical aspects include standing, twisting, squatting, bending during, pushing / pulling of cart / trash cart, mopping during their shift.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS

• Education / Training / Experience :
• REQUIRED : Customer Service Experience Regular / consistent attendance
• PREFERRED : High School Diploma / Equivalency
• License / Certifications / Special Requirements : None
• Pay Status : Non-Exempt Hourly
