Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Store Manager to oversee our retail operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing daily store activities, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving sales growth.

Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement strategies to maximize sales and profitability
- Train, mentor, and motivate staff to deliver exceptional customer service
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback for improvement
- Manage inventory levels and ensure merchandise is displayed effectively
- Monitor store expenses and maintain budgetary guidelines
- Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to optimize product offerings
- Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a professional manner
- Ensure store compliance with company policies and procedures

Pay: $46,333.00 - $49,140.00 per year
