Job Description
Rockwall litigation firm looking for a experienced legal assistant to join our team. Personal injury experience preferred. We are looking for someone who is self-motivated, self-starter, a team player, and can work efficiently with minimal supervision. This is NOT an entry level position.
Duties will include:
- Client intake
- Communicating with clients, insurance adjusters, medical providers
- Reviewing, evaluating, summarizing and preparing chronology of medical records
- Settlement negotiations and medical reductions
- Have a good understanding of personal injury cases
