Block & Associates Realty is Hiring a Property Manager Near Cary, NC

Property Manager

Block and Associates Realty is an upscale single family property manager of homes in Cary. Primary responsibilities include helping with a variety of tasks having to do with the management of properties that are being supervised by the Company.

Your tasks will involve, but are not limited to, communicating with tenants and landlords, scheduling repairs, processing work orders, billing of clients, verifying quality of work done by both in-house staff and outside vendors, and help with move out inspections and Security Deposit reconciliations. You may also be working part-time in the field doing inspections or checking behind vendors.

Experience with property management preferred. Good computer skills a must. Good communication skills and ability to interact professionally is required. Above average Salary/Benefits. Real estate license required.
