We are seeking an experienced Marketing Director to join their dynamic team and help build & nurture their communities, brand awareness and provide exceptional leadership to the existing team members.

About the Role:

As a key member, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing Web3 marketing and brand programs.

Responsibilities

• Create and implement an effective strategy and execution plan which improves all areas of Marketing including Brand Awareness.
• Get involved in all areas of Marketing. Provide clear leadership to the existing team
• Strategic Planning: Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, user acquisition, & engagement
• Brand Management: Oversee the creation and management of the project brand, ensuring consistency across all marketing channels and materials
• Content Marketing: Lead the development of high-quality content which educates & engages their target audience, including blogs, case studies and social media content
• Community Engagement: Build & nurture a vibrant community around the project, engaging with users, developers and stakeholders through a variety of channels
• Digital Marketing: Manage & optimize digital marketing campaigns
• Partnerships & Collaborations: Identify & establish strategic partnerships & collaborations to enhance the reach and impact of the project
• Analytics & Reporting: Track, analyze, and report on the performance of marketing initiatives, using data-driven insights to optimize strategies & achieve business goals

Qualifications

• University education, ideally in a Marketing focused area.

Salary for this role will be industry leading. Due to team location, the client prefers candidate's who live in the EST timezone or /- 1-2 hours.
