Bloom Aesthetics is a boutique Medical Aesthetics clinic serving clients in Bend and McMinnville Oregon. We provide a variety of clinical treatments from facials to lasers and injectables. We are offering a part-time, hourly paid position with the potential for team commissions after an initial onboarding period. 20-25 hours a week. Located at our Bend Bloom Aesthetics location, we are in search of a Medical Aesthetics Assistant.

Bloom is looking for an individual that is motivated to work in a team environment. We have two team members at our McMinnville location and four at our Bend location. This role will be in communication with both locations while being based in Bend, Oregon. The ideal candidate for this position is one who enjoys being on a team, is self-motivated and takes initiative for the creative aspects of this role. 

• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Must be an energetic individual with a drive for teamwork success. 
• Must have strong organizational skills.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize urgent vs non urgent needs of clients and team
• Must be open to travel to company events and trainings.
• Experience working on Apple devices.
• Detail-oriented and committed to delivering exceptional client care.

• Working as a medical or aesthetics receptionist.
• Working with an EMR system.
• Retail industry experience. 

• Staff duties: Including but not limited to assisting the clerical and treatment needs of the staff at the Bend Location, greeting/checking-out/scheduling patients, responding to emails/calls, working in our Electronic Medical Record platform, communicating with company reps, taking before and after photos, laundry duties, processing client reports and contacting those clients, etc.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace in accordance with OSHA standards and company policies.
• Stay updated on the latest trends, and advancements in aesthetic medicine and skincare.
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless client experience and promote a positive work environment.
• Develop and post engaging content for our social media platforms. 
• Role will be expected to have a pulse on what is upcoming with company and brand promotions to develop content for driving engagement on social media. 
• Comfortable with social media and growth with digital marketing tools.
