We are currently looking for a VP of Sales and Revenue to drive revenue growth through strategic planning, sales, marketing, customer relations, and overall business development.
Responsibilities of this role include:
Revenue Strategy: Develops and implements strategies to drive a revenue growth, including recruiting, hiring and interviewing new retail staff.
Sales Oversight: Manages the sales team, ensures sales targets are met, and oversees incentive programs (bonus program, commission program, etc.)
Marketing Alignment: Works closely with marketing to align strategies and campaigns with revenue goals.
Customer Relationships: Focuses on customer retention and satisfaction.
Business Development: Understanding general market sales trends
Data Analysis: Monitors key performance indicators (KPIs) related to revenue and analyzes data to inform strategy. Develops quarterly and annual sales goals.
Product and Pricing Strategy: Influences product development and pricing strategies to maximize revenue.
Qualifications
7 years of experience as a senior level operations, revenue, or strategy executive for a retail organization.
Experience leading teams of 200 members.
Enthusiastic and motivating.
Bachelor's degree in Business, marketing, or a related field.
Demonstrated success in driving significant revenue growth in a competitive market.
Solid understanding of financial principles and budgeting.
Salary - $200K base with quarterly bonuses
