Facilities Engineer Project Manager

We are currently seeking a Facilities Engineer Project Manager to join our team at our facility located in Fremont, CA. This role requires a combination of project management and engineering skills to oversee construction projects and manage the maintenance of our manufacturing plant.

Responsibilities:

• Manage construction projects from start to finish, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget
• Coordinate with contractors, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure project success
• Develop and maintain project schedules, tracking progress and making adjustments as needed
• Oversee plant construction and maintenance activities, ensuring compliance with safety regulations
• Manage project budgets and forecasts, tracking expenses and identifying cost-saving opportunities
• Communicate effectively with team members, vendors, and management to ensure project goals are met
• Utilize HVAC knowledge to maintain optimal working conditions within the facility

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field
• Proven experience in project management and construction management
• Strong scheduling experience, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
• 5 years of technical and project management experience
• Experience working in a manufacturing environment
• Knowledge of HVAC systems and plant construction
• Knowledge of Building and (NFPA) codes, standards, and compliances is a plus.
• Knowledgeable of Mechanical, Electrical, Fire Life Safety, Risk mitigation and Piping systems.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
