We seek a dynamic and experienced individual to fill the Client-Facing Commercial Landscape Account Manager role for our esteemed client in the Kauai, HI market, specifically Lihue, HI.
Position Overview: As a Client-Facing Commercial Landscape Account Manager, you will manage a book of business valued at $1.5 million. Your primary focus will be selling enhancements, fostering strong client relationships, and ensuring client retention. This role is pivotal in driving business growth and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Act as the main point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and concerns and providing timely solutions.
Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets and maximize revenue from the assigned book of business.
Conduct regular check-ins with clients to assess their satisfaction and address any issues promptly.
Provide clear and concise communication to clients regarding service updates, enhancements, and industry trends.
Utilize market insights to identify new opportunities for business growth.
Qualifications:
Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
Familiarity with the Kauai, HI market and its unique business landscape.
Exceptional negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
