We seek a dynamic and experienced individual to fill the Client-Facing Commercial Landscape Account Manager role for our esteemed client in the Kauai, HI market, specifically Lihue, HI.

Position Overview: As a Client-Facing Commercial Landscape Account Manager, you will manage a book of business valued at $1.5 million. Your primary focus will be selling enhancements, fostering strong client relationships, and ensuring client retention. This role is pivotal in driving business growth and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Client Relationship Management: Cultivate and nurture relationships with existing clients to understand their needs and preferences.

Act as the main point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and concerns and providing timely solutions.

• Sales and Business Development: Proactively identify opportunities to upsell enhancements and additional services to existing clients.

Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets and maximize revenue from the assigned book of business.

• Retention Strategies: Implement retention strategies to ensure long-term client satisfaction and loyalty.

Conduct regular check-ins with clients to assess their satisfaction and address any issues promptly.

• Communication and Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams, including operations and support, to ensure seamless service delivery.

Provide clear and concise communication to clients regarding service updates, enhancements, and industry trends.

• Market Analysis: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and Kauai, HI market conditions.

Utilize market insights to identify new opportunities for business growth.

Qualifications:

• Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in commercial landscape account management.

Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.

• Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of commercial landscaping services and enhancements.

Familiarity with the Kauai, HI market and its unique business landscape.

• Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Exceptional negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.
• Location: This position is based in Kauai, HI, and requires local market knowledge.
