What You'll Do:

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute strategic growth plans within your region.
• Foster deep customer relationships to retain existing business and identify new opportunities.
• Build and lead a high-performing team – recruit, train, and mentor top talent.
• Manage budgets, forecasts, and financial reporting for your branch(es).
• Collaborate with sales on accurate bids and ensure optimal pricing.
• Participate in the Leadership Committee, shaping company-wide initiatives.
