Position Overview:
We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Team Member to join our dynamic team at Blossom & Ivory. As a Team Member, you will play a crucial role in delivering outstanding customer service, maintaining store operations, and ensuring our customers have a memorable shopping experience. Responsibilities:

• Greet customers warmly and assist with their inquiries, providing exceptional service from the moment they enter the store.
• Assist customers in selecting products that best suit their needs and preferences, offering styling advice and product information.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment.
• Assist with inventory management, including stocking, organizing, and conducting regular stock counts.
• Process transactions accurately using the point-of-sale system, handling cash, credit, and debit card transactions.
• Support visual merchandising efforts by setting up displays and ensuring merchandise is presented attractively.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless and enjoyable shopping experience for customers.
• Stay informed about current promotions, store policies, and product knowledge to effectively assist customers.
• Participate in store events and promotional activities to engage customers and drive sales.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in retail or customer service is preferred but not required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• A passion for fashion and a keen sense of style.
• Proficiency in using point-of-sale systems and basic computer skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $22.00 - $24.00 per hour
