Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Front of House Supervisor to assist our management team in overseeing the daily operations of our dining establishment. The ideal candidate will ensure excellent customer service, manage staff, and maintain a welcoming atmosphere for guests.
Duties:
- Supervise and coordinate front of house staff, including servers, hosts, and bartenders
- Assist in training new employees on service standards and procedures
- Manage reservations, pacing and seating arrangements to optimize customer flow
- Oversee cleanliness and organization of the dining area
- Address customer inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food quality & delivery
- Monitor inventory levels and place orders as needed
- Implement strategies to enhance overall guest experience
Skills:
The ideal candidate should possess the following skills:
- Experience in full service restaurant hospitality standards
- Proficiency with Point of Sale (POS) systems
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word & Excel
- Strong communication & problem solving skills
- Ability to supervise and lead a team effectively
