Key information:

• Position: Baker
• Location: Belfast, BT12
• Pay rate: £12.50 per hour on day shift & £1.50 per hour on night shift.
• Days: Full time hours between 06.00 - 18.00 & 18.00 - 06.00. Normally 4 on 4 off. You'll need to be available for both days and nights.

Skill requirements:

• Recognised baker, with relevant experience in industrial setting.
• Experience of operating bakery production equipment.
• Good numeracy and literacy skills.
• Ability to work as part of a team and using own initiative.

Job Role:

• To manufacture quality bakery products, which comply to the relevant legal standards and customer specification, working as part of a team to achieve the defined KPI's.
• Delivery of the shift production plan, on time and in full.
• Be a flexible and committed team member, who is quality and customer service focussed.
• Participate in new product development activities.
• Strive to always achieve customer service excellence.
• Ensure that all food safety, process control, quality and compliance management is completed in a timely and accurate manner.
• Participate in customer visits/audits when required to do so.

About you:

• Able to communicate in a clear and concise manner.
• Happy to work in a hot, loud environment.
• Happy to work 12-hour shifts and be available for both days and nights.
• Flexible and willing to work across all plants.
• Have good attendance and timekeeping.
