JOB SUMMARY:We are looking for a Talent Acquisition (TA) Specialist who will be responsible for project managing the professional staffing team reporting to the Director, Total Talent Leader. The TA Specialist will manage documenting talent acquisition processes, coordinating candidate travel arrangements, manage professional staffing invoices, and own the contingency process of new hires. Recruit for hourly functional positions, and occasionally recruit early career or intern positions.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Synchronize the employment functions, interfaces with candidates, hiring managers and HR business partners to provide a smooth, efficient, and OFCCP compliant recruitment process
  • Collaborate with Hiring Managers throughout the organization, Talent Acquisition Partners, and HR Business Partners to ensure a positive candidate, experience.
  • Creating job requisitions in Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and posting to niche applicable websites, or targeted job boards, as needed
  • Leverages internal HR system to facilitate background checks, drug screens, and general posting and on-boarding requirements
  • Create candidate interview schedules by leveraging interviewing teams Outlook calendar
  • Schedule necessary travel arrangements (flights, rental vehicles, hotel, etc.)
  • Lead the staffing process documentation
  • Exemplify the marketing and branding campaigns, attending networking and career development events.
  • Own professional staffing invoicing process through to accounts payable
  • Perform all recruiting activities as part of the team where workload allows
  • Provide insights into process improvements throughout the team
  • Performs other related duties as assigned
EDUCATION AND EXPEREINCE:
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • 4 years’ experience with high-volume recruitment
  • 4 years’ experience providing administrative and project coordination experience
  • 2 years’ experience supporting high performing talent acquisition or staffing teams
TO BE A GOOD FIT:
  • Strong technical competence and proficiency using Microsoft Office suite products (Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, Microsoft Teams)
  • Experience using ATS systems
  • Demonstrated success in building credible relationships, and proactively partnering with business leaders throughout the recruitment and selection process
  • Detail oriented with exceptional time management skills and accuracy in presentation of information
  • Knowledge of current employment laws and legislation
  • Highly effective communication skills (verbal & written) with strong interpersonal effectiveness, and the ability to work with all levels of management and employees
