OVERVIEW
We are searching for an enthusiastic Assistant Community Manager to join our Client's team in Sunnyvale, CA. The community is located between San Jose and San Francisco in Sunnyvale, CA - right in the heart of Silicon Valley! As a vital member of the onsite team, you will play a key role in supporting the Community Manager with all aspects of property operations. You will be responsible for a variety of tasks, including financial management, resident relations, leasing, and administrative duties.
Our client is a national property management company with over 80 communities across North America. They are known for their commitment to resident satisfaction and fostering a work environment that encourages long-term growth amongst employees within the organization.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Assist the Community Manager with financial management tasks, including rent collection and expense control.
- Ensure positive resident relations by providing excellent customer service, organizing resident events, and maintaining clear communication.
- Contribute to home sales and leasing activities.
- Perform administrative tasks such as answering phones, creating resident files, and maintaining paperwork.
