OverviewOur client is seeking a full-time Maintenance Technician for one of their cornerstone multifamily communities in Sunnyvale, CA. The ideal candidate must be skilled in all areas of general maintenance and must be able to perform physical maintenance operations of the property.

🏡 What You'll Do
- Maintain the interior and exterior physical condition of the assigned property in a professional manner
- Assist in the performance of all maintenance duties including service requests and apartment turnover functions
- Regularly care for buildings and grounds as needed
- Reliably handle emergency situations
- Dedication to the Residents - always work to resolve their issues and exceed their expectations, doing so in a timely manner with open communication
- Dedication to the Vision - always represent the high standards set for ourselves and each other
- Dedication to Your Team - always be willing to roll up your sleeves and get the job done —no job is “below your pay grade”
- Experience in property maintenance (preferably residential) including Appliance Repair, Electrical, Plumbing, HVAC, Painting, etc.
- Willingness to jump in, learning new tasks and systems
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
