Seeking an AP / AR Specialist to manage and contribute to the accurate and timely processing of all accounts payable and receivable functions.

Responsibilities:

• Processing employee expense reports and contract house invoices
• Assisting with customer invoicing and collections
• Conducting general ledger account reconciliations
• Ensuring company assets are safeguarded and policies, processes, and controls are followed
• Communicating with suppliers and vendors to resolve issues

Required Qualifications:

• 2 years of accounting experience
• SAP experience (preferred)
• Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and analytical skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word
• Good communication skills for vendor and supplier interaction
