We are seeking an Agile Coach to lead the implementation of Agile methodologies across our IT organization. This role involves analyzing current processes, tools, and technologies to design a comprehensive strategy, plan, and timeline for adopting Agile best practices. The Agile Coach will guide teams, conduct training, and lead workshops for team members and stakeholders. This position requires ensuring teams stay aligned with Agile techniques and continuously refine their approach.

What you’ll be doing:

Strategy Development: Analyze existing processes, tools, and technology to design a strategy for Agile adoption. Develop a detailed plan and timeline for implementation.

Guidance and Coaching: Provide hands-on coaching to Agile teams, ensuring effective adoption of Agile practices. Conduct regular training sessions and workshops for team members and stakeholders.

Process Improvement: Promote a culture of continuous improvement by setting goals, tracking milestones, and measuring progress. Fine-tune Agile practices to enhance team performance and outcomes.

Training and Workshops: Lead educational sessions on Agile methodologies, fostering a deep understanding of Agile principles and practices among team members and stakeholders..

Required Skills:

• 3 years as an Agile Coach, with a track record of successful Agile transformations.
• Deep understanding of Agile methodologies, principles, and best practices. Familiarity with Agile tools such as Jira, Confluence, or similar.
• Relevant Agile certifications such as Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), Certified Agile Coach (ICP-ACC), or equivalent a bonus
