What you’ll be doing:

• Offer Level 1, 2, and 3 support for applications and hardware, including troubleshooting and resolving issues.
• Collaborate with remote teams to assist with hands-on tasks for infrastructure projects.
• Provide remote backup support to other locations as needed.
• Deliver technical support for various hardware, such as desktops, laptops, copiers, scanners, desk phones, cell phones, and tablets.
• Handle hardware deployment for break-fix issues.
• Manage user account creation and implement necessary security measures for different roles.
• Set up and deploy PCs and phones for both new and existing employees.

Required Skills:

• 3 years in a level 1/level 2 support role
• Hands-on experience in Microsoft enterprise environments
• Hands-on experience Active Directory, ServiceNow or similar
• Experience with Microsoft InTune is a plus
• Associates Degree or Bachelor Degree is preferred
