We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Junior IT Business Analyst to join our clients team. This role involves working closely with senior analysts and stakeholders to support the design, development, and implementation of IT solutions that align with business objectives. The ideal candidate will have a passion for technology, strong analytical skills, and the ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical team members.

What you’ll be doing:

• Collaborating with Business and IT stakeholders to thoroughly grasp and deconstruct the current process and systems landscape, including external supplier integration points.
• Playing a pivotal role throughout the entire development lifecycle, from project inception to deployment, covering activities such as project initiation, requirement elicitation, design, implementation, testing, and deployment phases.
• Gathering requirements from business users and meticulously documenting them in a format easily digestible for developers and test analysts.
• Operating within an agile development framework, actively engaging with team members to gather, document, prioritize, and test requirements essential for enhancing vital technology solutions.

Required Skills:

• Minimum of 3 years' experience in a Business Analyst position.
• Track record of refining user stories, use cases, and detailed requirements in close collaboration with IT developers.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and document business requirements and translate them into technical specifications
• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including business requirements documents (BRDs), process flow diagrams, and user stories.
• Must have Azure DevOps experience
• Extensive experience with various software development methodologies, including Agile, SCRUM, and Waterfall.
