Job Description: 
We are seeking a P1 Licensed Plumber who will serve as a Qualifier for our company. The role offers two potential paths, allowing flexibility based on your career goals: 
1. Option 1: Solely a Qualifier: 
In this role, you will allow the company to use your P1 license to qualify for state-required certifications and projects. You will serve in an advisory capacity but will not be involved in fieldwork or management duties. This is ideal for candidates looking to transition away from hands-on work while still contributing to the industry. 
2. Option 2: Fieldwork to Management Path: 
If you prefer a more hands-on role, you will start by allowing the company to use your license while also working in the field for the first 6 months. After this period, you will transition into a management role within the company. This option provides the opportunity to blend technical work with leadership and oversight responsibilities. 
Responsibilities: 
- Serve as the company’s P1 Licensed Qualifier in compliance with North Carolina state requirements. 
- Ensure that all work adheres to state and local plumbing codes. 
-Perform plumbing duties, including installation, maintenance, and repair of plumbing systems. 
-Transition into a leadership role, overseeing plumbing projects, managing teams, and maintaining quality control standards. 
Qualifications: 
- Must hold a valid P1 Plumbing License in North Carolina. 
- Extensive knowledge of North Carolina plumbing codes and regulations. 
- Strong leadership and management skills for candidates choosing the management path.
