Blue Collar Services is Hiring a Service specialist Near Carrollton, TX

We are a family owned & run residential electrical service company. Founded in 2016, our commitment is to the homeowner and small-business owner. TECL 31624

Part-time Hours : Monday - Friday, Roughly 15-25, max 30 Hours for work week

Location : In-office location Frisco, TX

Compensation : Based on Experience*, Bonus Opportunity.

Part-time Benefits : No On-Calls, Weekends or working on Holidays when we are closed. Flexible Schedule Paid Weekly

JOB DESCRIPTION : - Provide Excellent Customer Service in a friendly & professional manner. Schedule electrical service requests, installations or warranty inquiries.

Ensure full client satisfaction during the interaction while actively listening to their needs / wants. Escalate calls to supervisor when needed.

Be the liaison between our Tech and the Client when needed

ESSENTIAL DUTIES :

  • Answer incoming phone calls by 2nd ring.
  • Responding to emails and chats.
  • Ensuring response times are reasonable and missed calls / voicemails are returned.
  • Identify and accurately assess the client’s need
  • Follow up on client questions.
  • Reschedule calls when necessary
  • Provide the client with ETA on Tech if they are running behind.
  • Be able to use our online CRM & Field Service Programs.
  • Keep accurate records of client interactions and ensure they are input in ServiceTitan.
  • Strong phone handling skills and be able to actively listen. Be able to diffuse client issues.
  • Input client requests in ServiceTitan to complete booking or adding notes.
  • Client & company information will be held confidential.
  • Represent the company in a professional manner with good customer service in either verbal or written communication.

QUALIFICATIONS :

  • High School diploma or equivalent.
  • Must be at least 18 years old.
  • Ability to pass a drug test - Zero Tolerance - and pass a comprehensive background check
  • Prefer at least 2 years CSR experience, residential experience preferred but not required.
  • Experience with ServiceTitan or a like field service program. ServiceTitan is preferred.
  • Excellent phone and typing skills & ability to use online programs and phone applications.
  • Ability to speak, listen, read, write & communicate with the client clearly via phone, text or email.
  • Ability to work independently.
  • Cannot be working with a competitor electrical service company in North Texas
