- Minimum of four years experience in the residential HVAC trade
- Work SAFE and provide QUALITY
- Works well with Coworkers
- Provides outstanding service to Clients, and to educate Clients using a "Good - Better - Best" approach
- Able to work in/around attics
- Able to troubleshoot & resolve issues
