WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR IN THIS ROLE: 

• Schedules customer’s delivery appointment post sale. 
• Communicates with customerpost-delivery with status updates and pictures during PDI process. 
• Prepares and sends customers delivery appointment date reminder for preparation of their orientation and delivery of newunit. 
• Coordinates delivery day with store team, ensuring the complete Blue Carpet experience is ready for the customerupon arrival. 
• Performs post-deliverycustomer experience call and communicates any concerns with store leadership. 
• Prepares and sends customers post-delivery communication. 
• Prepares and sends customers first serviceappointment communication.
