Today, Blue Dolphin' s office is located in Laguna Hills California and services all of Orange County and some areas of LA county. Responsibilities:
- Create new connections and relationships to further company growth
- On site sales for residential restoration projects.
- Maintain company vehicle.
- Cold calls and lead development.
- Track weekly results and trends for business forecasting.
- Establish sales goals and metrics
- Resolve escalated customer complaints and be a problem solver.
- Previous experience in sales, customer service, or other related fields
- Strong leadership qualities
- Strong negotiation skills
- Excellent written and communication skills
- Familiarity with CRM platforms or related software
- Have experience with HubSpot and Sales Force.
