Blue Eagle Insurance Group is an independent insurance agency located on Padre Island in Corpus Christi, Texas, and we are looking for a motivated and dynamic Full-Time Customer Service Representative to join our team. Responsibilities- Process customer policy change requests and premium payments; respond to all inquiries within specified timeframe.
- Immediately greet all customers, entering the office or calling on the phone, in a friendly and helpful manner.
- Document each customer contact in Customer Database; maintain accurate data in electronic filing and database systems.
- Verify phone numbers, addresses and email addresses with each customer contact and update customer information.
- Foster strong relationships with our customers to maintain a high level of client retention and product loyalty.
- Monitor and administer policy service issues and requests.
- Must have reliable transportation to commute each day to and from the office on Padre Island.
- Possess an upbeat, positive and enthusiastic attitude.
- Proficiency to multi-task, follow-thru and follow-up.
- Great Customer Service Skills.
- Driven and goal-oriented individual.
- Ability to tactfully handle stressful and difficult situations.
