Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Bartender to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for the food industry, exceptional customer service skills, and experience in various settings such as casual restaurants, sports bars, bars and other dining establishments.
Duties:
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages following standard recipes
- Interact with customers, take orders, and provide recommendations
- Maintain cleanliness of the bar area and equipment
- Check customers' identification to ensure they meet the legal drinking age
- Handle cash transactions and operate a cash register
- Suggest and upsell menu items
- Adhere to food safety regulations and responsible alcohol service practices
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Bartender in the hospitality industry
- Knowledge of food handling, cash handling, and retail math
- Familiarity with various dining service standards
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude
