Job Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Account Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of digital advertising and the automotive industry. This role requires strong client management skills, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver successful campaigns. You will need to be highly organized, detail-oriented, and possess great listening and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned automotive clients, building and maintaining strong, long-term relationships.
  • Campaign Support: Assist in the planning, implementation, and optimization of digital advertising campaigns across various platforms, including display, search, social media, and programmatic.
  • Performance Monitoring: Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing clients with detailed reports and insights to inform future strategies.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including creative, media buying, and analytics, to ensure the seamless execution of campaigns; coordinate with outside vendors to deliver digital assets.
  • Budget Tracking: Assist in managing client budgets, ensuring campaigns are delivered on time and within budget.
  • Industry Knowledge: Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and developments in digital marketing and the automotive industry to provide clients with cutting-edge solutions.
  • Coordination: Interface with copy and art departments to fulfill client plans and needs. Coordinate workflow within the company to ensure timely delivery of projects.
  • Media Relations: Assist internal media buyers (Streaming, Programmatic, OTT, Social Paid, TV, and Radio) to coordinate media placement.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in digital advertising, with a focus on the automotive industry.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or a related field preferred.

Required Skills:

  • Understanding of the Automotive Co-Op process and requirements.
  • Strong fluency in automotive compliance and writing disclaimers.
  • CRM integration, list management, and e-blast management understanding a plus.
  • Proven track record of managing and growing client accounts.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented.
  • Comfortable with picking up the phone and conversing easily with clients.
