Position : Resort Grounds Attendant - Summer Only

Department : Engineering

Reports To : Director of Engineering

Job Purpose : Maintains building, grounds, and parking lot appearance

Duties :

• Power washing exterior or building
• Window washing
• Curb cleaning
• Garbage clean up
• Weed pulling
• Raking sand
• Watering flowers

Qualifications :

• Available to work May-September
• Ability to run gas powered tools
• Ability to work in all weather conditions
• Lift 50-100 lbs, bend, and twist
• Previous grounds experience a plus but not required
