Blue Horizon Development is Hiring an Event Marketing Assistant - Entry Level Near St Peters, MO
Purpose: The Event Marketing Assistant plays a pivotal role in promoting our clients' brand names through the development and support of retail marketing programs. Collaborating closely with Event Marketing Specialists and corporate sales teams, you will facilitate sales activities such as shows, events, and campaigns. Leveraging your marketing expertise, you will help create and implement strategies to boost demand and drive revenue.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Drive sales outcomes by executing field marketing activities and segment initiatives
- Develop and implement marketing campaigns and event plans based on expertise
- Collaborate with corporate and field marketing managers to craft tailored programs for diverse market segments
- Provide project management and coordination to ensure successful event execution
- Promote events and collaborate with Account Development to enhance awareness and maximize targeted audience participation
- Ideally 1-2 years of experience or training in marketing or sales (exceptions made for exceptional candidates)
- Experience in customer service or related fields preferred
- Outstanding organizational and project management skills
- Excellent communication abilities, both verbal and written
- Ability to work independently and contribute effectively within a team
- Strong motivation and drive to achieve success
