Blue Lagoon Condominium Association, Inc. is Hiring a Maintenance Supervisor - Condominium Near Miami, FL
Job Overview:
- Oversees overall maintenance and physical appearance of interior and exterior of property.
- Assists in securing bids and proposals and makes recommendations to the Community Association Manager as they relate to the building’s physical plan.
- Ensures all safety precautions and procedures are followed while performing duties.
- Responds to emergencies in the building as needed and is on-call 24/7.
- Ensures that all personnel are properly trained, perform their assigned duties daily and have proper equipment/supplies to perform their job.
- Documents procedures and processes followed.
- Supervises, recognizes, and provides an explanation and possible solution of problems in all maintenance building areas as may be mechanical, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, or aesthetics.
Skill & Qualification:
- High school diploma.
- Must possess strong maintenance and repair skills in HVAC, painting, carpentry, plumbing and electricity
- General experience in building trades, mechanical, repair and replacement maintenance or handy work. Condo experience is a plus.
- Computer literacy: Proficiency and working knowledge of Microsoft offices applications. Word, Excel spreadsheets, and e-mail.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong customer service, communication and interpersonal skills required.
- English and Spanish fluency desirable.
- CAM License a plus.

- Monday - Friday 8:00 am - 5:00 pm
