Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and professional Bilingual Security Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment by observing and reporting any suspicious activities, while providing superior customer service and demonstrating excellent people skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Observe and report any security incidents or suspicious activities
- Provide outstanding customer service and assistance
- Maintain a clean, presentable appearance at all times
- Follow orders and adhere to all security protocols
- Handle and resolve conflicts calmly and professionally
- Thoroughly write detailed reports of incidents and observations
Requirements:
- BILINGUAL PROFICIENCY (MANDATORY)
- Non-violent approach to security
- Superior excellence in customer service
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to assist others during adversity
- Positive and highly motivated attitude
- Must be able to thoroughly write detailed reports
- Full-time availability
- Must be available to work weekends (mandatory)
- Must maintain a neat and militant appearance
Compensation:
- Pay: $14 - $20 per hour
- Bi-weekly pay
- Independent contractor position
