Blue Link Wireless is one of the largest sellers of AT&T wireless and home products. We are excited to grow our training team! We are looking for an experienced sales and leadership instructor who is able to quickly adapt to the fast growth and rapidly changing needs of the business! This is a hybrid role with 1-2 days a week being in a store location to observe and support the field. You will use your experience with adult learning principles to lead virtual courses focused on sales, product and leadership development.
Job Responsibilities:
· Deliver training through a variety of different mediums including MS teams zoom and in person.
· Extensive experience facilitating training for new hire, leadership, and continuation courses.
· Assist in designing & maintaining course content including PowerPoint, Adobe and any other software added.
· Provide program management of existing courses and provide recommendations for enhancements
· Knowledge of Agile Design/Learning
· Knowledge of Adult Learning Theory
· Strong coaching skills to support participants over multi week classes leveraging best practices shared with you by Blue Link wireless.
· Schedule flexibility to deliver in all 4 times zones when needed.
· Collaborate with Learning & Development team to plan and design or update courses.
· Serve as a subject matter expert for all content to the field
· Strong familiarity with Microsoft 365 product suite including PowerBI
· Ability to perform well in a very fast paced environment as a self-started
· Perform other duties as assigned.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $75,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
