• Job Overview: We are seeking an experienced and motivated General Manager to oversee the operations of our establishment. The ideal candidate will have a background in the food industry, hotel management, or hospitality management. As a General Manager, you will be responsible for supervising and coordinating all aspects of our business to ensure exceptional service and customer satisfaction. Duties: - Oversee day-to-day operations of the establishment, including managing staff, inventory, and finances - Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales targets and increase profitability - Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain a clean and sanitary environment - Train and mentor staff members to deliver high-quality service and maintain professional standards - Collaborate with the kitchen team to create menus, manage food costs, and ensure consistent quality - Coordinate events and oversee their successful execution - Maintain positive relationships with customers, addressing any concerns or issues promptly - Stay updated on industry trends and implement innovative ideas to enhance the customer experience Requirements: - Proven experience as a General Manager or Assistant Manager in the food service industry or hospitality management - Strong knowledge of food service management principles and practices - Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team - Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities - Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail - Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
