Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic Business Development Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving business growth through identifying new business in roofing/construction/restoration opportunities and building strong relationships with potential clients and professional organizations.

Duties:

- Develop and implement strategic plans to expand the company's customer base and ensure its strong presence
- Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships
- Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve better results
- Utilize software to track, manage, and report on all sales activities

-Tap into key markets such as realtors and developers and professional construction organizations.

Skills:

- Proven work experience in business development withing the construction/roofing industry

- HIGHLY social media savvy

- General knowledge of key play
- Ability to grow and maintain strategic relationships
- Excellent negotiation and sales skills
- Proficiency in strategic planning
- Familiarity with CRM software and practices
- Solid understanding of market trends and customer needs

MINIMUM TWO YEARS INDUSTRY RELATED EXPERIENCE

Preferred: Real Estate License

Preferred: Social Media Lead Generation skills

Pay: $40,000.00 - $82,524.67 per year
