OVERVIEW
The Project Manager - Mitigation is responsible for the overall profitability of the division as well as to procure customers, provide estimates, hire staff and oversee and direct the work on the mitigation projects awarded. This position will work directly for and closely with the Operations Manager .
Knowledge of:
Industry software: Xactimate, Contractor Connection, PSA, Code Blue and
other similar programs.
Proper pricing and estimates for material costs and needs for projects.
Understanding of estimating programs and other related programs
required for the position.
Working with annual budgets, business plans and sales goals.
All policies and procedures of the company.
Proper filing techniques, office efficiencies and timely processing.
Proper and appropriate phone skills and handling customer complaints
and issues.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
Bachelor's degree in Management or construction related field or a
minimum of five years of experience in water mitigation services, or any
equivalent combination of education and experience.
LICENSE AND SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS
Valid State driver's license

Pay: $60,000.00 - $105,000.00 per year
