IMPACT
What You'll Do as an Amenity Monitor:
  • Remove trash from all kitchens, restrooms, and common areas.
  • Vacuum all interior amenities.
  • Mop all vinyl/tile/wood floors (interior amenities.
  • Ensure the kitchen area is neat and clean daily.
  • Wipe down and polish all fitness equipment. Clean the fitness center, and ensure towels are cleaned and stocked, if applicable.
  • Clean restrooms and ensure proper supplies are stocked at all times.
  • Clean laundry rooms and all other interior amenities.
EXCEL
An Amenity Monitor is Proficient in:
  • Ensuring Quality - Demonstrates accuracy and thoroughness; Looks for ways to improve and promote quality; Applies feedback to improve performance; Monitors own work to ensure quality.
  • Initiative - Asks for and offers help when needed.
  • Customer Service - Managing difficult or emotional customer situations; Responding promptly to customer needs; Responding to requests for service and assistance.
  • Teamwork - Giving and welcoming feedback; Contributing to building a positive team spirit; Putting success of team above own interests.
  • Dependability - Keeping commitments; Committing to long hours of work when necessary to reach goals; Completing tasks on time or notifying the appropriate person with an alternate plan.
Requirements
Licenses and Certifications Required of an Amenity Monitor:
  • A valid driver's license.
Required Experience:
A high school diploma or general education degree (GED) is required. General cleaning and customer
service experience preferred.
